Pride Property is a locally founded property management and real estate business, set up in 2004 by Jacob Varghese with his son Nash, who now leads the company as Chief Executive. From offices on Leet Street in Invercargill and Irwell Street in Gore, the team looks after rental properties and sells homes across Invercargill, Bluff, Gore and the wider Southland region. They work with local and overseas landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, and bring over 40 years of combined property experience to the job.
